I was fortunate enough to expand the business's marketing and branding due to my passion for graphic design, however, my role as bar manager encompassed many other responsibilities. I navigated a budget for weekly liquor, beer, and wine orders. I managed a rotating draft list, developed monthly cocktails, and arranged monthly events to support local breweries. Lastly, I trained incoming bartenders and found a passion for staff development.
